CLUB: Any establishment operated for social, recreational <br />or educational purposes but open only to me~bers and not the <br />general puh_l lc. <br /> <br />__~31~P_ BF~ENSIVE PLAN: A computation of goals, policy state- <br />ments, standards, programs and maps for guiding the physi- <br />cal, social, and economic development, both public and pri- <br />vate, as defined in the Minnesota Municipal Planning Act, <br />and includes any part of such plan separately adopted and <br />any ~endment to such plan or parts thereof. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE: A use which may be appropriate in a <br />specific zone, but may require special conditions imposed by <br />the City Council as it may create special problems with <br />regards to the protection of the public welfare, the in- <br />tegrity of the municipal land use plan, and/or the zoning <br />district in which it is located. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL OSE PERMIT: A permit issued by the City <br />Council in accordance with procedures specified in this <br />chapter which permit is required in order to carry on a <br />"conditional use' as defined in this chapter. <br /> <br />OG979~NT: A contract between two individuals which <br />constitutes a restriction of a particular use of land. <br /> <br />~: That portion of a lot covered by principal and <br />acoessory use structures. <br /> <br />~: A number expressing the ratio of dwelling units <br />to an acre of land. <br /> <br />~: A section or sections of the City for which the <br />regulations and provisions governing the use of buildings <br />and lands are uniform for each class of use permitted <br />therein. <br /> <br />~: Any place where three (3) dogs or more over <br />three (3) months of age are kept. <br /> <br />DOM~"fIC WASTE ~%TER: Any water generated by a use used <br />for personal hygiene such as lavatories and related sinks. <br />~is definition shall apply only to Sections <br />(RB-la and RI-la) of this C~apter. <br /> <br />DRAIN~: The removal of surface water or groundwater <br />fr~m land. <br /> <br />DRIVF~IN ES~%BLIS~T: An establishment which accom- <br />modates the patron's auto~obile from which the occupants <br />may receive a service or in which products purchased <br />fr~ the establis~ent may be cons~ed. <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
