This topsoil was removed during landfilling operations for future use. lhe remaining uncompleted areas of the site, 43 acres, will require 35,ODD cubic yards of topsoil. Sufficient on-site cover soils and topsoil is available on-site or on adjacent properties owned by Waste Management of ~innesota, Inc. for closure and post-closure needs. Final cover shall be as defined in Section I, Subsection 25 of the County of Anoka's Solid Waste Ordinance Nos. 73-1, 82-1, 83-2 and 83-3. Soils analysis data will be submitted to the Department for approval before application of the final cover. After the covering activity has been completed, the Oepartment shall be notified and allowed access to the site in Order to inspect the final cover. The placement of final cover may be delayed beyond the above time limits, in the event of adverse weather conditions, provided that short ter~ erosion control measure are implemented and that the work delay is approved by the Department. 5. Vegetation As areas are completed during the remaining active life of the site, vegetation will be established on final covered fill areas.
