After approval it <br /> will be submitted to the County registrar of deeds for recording, lhis <br /> description shall include the general type, quantity and locations of <br /> deposited solid waste, the estimated depth of waste fill and final <br /> terrain descriptions, and otheK pert'inent characteristics of the <br /> completed sanitary landfill site. <br /> <br /> Approval of the landfill closure by the County shall be based upon <br /> a professional engineer's certification and inspection of the site by <br /> the County. <br /> <br /> 7. Inspection, Maintenance and Monitorin9 <br /> <br /> Ouring the closure period, all of the inspection, maintenance and <br /> monitoring provisions set forth in the post-closure section (V, <br /> subsection 6) of the Anoka County Solid Waste Ordinance (Ordinances <br /> 73-1, 82-1, 83-2 and 83-3) shall also apply. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
