Items in that subsection are combined as <br /> <br />appropriate in the following discussion. <br /> ]. Inspection <br /> <br /> Two times a year (April and September}, routine inspection of the <br />site will be performed. The inspection will include an evaluation of <br />soil erosion, sedimentation, vegetative cover maintenance, groundwater <br />monitoring wells, soil gas monitoring probes, gas migration control <br /> <br /> equipment, and site security to determine their conditions. <br /> 2. Maintenance <br /> <br /> If inspection of the site reveals problems with the cover material <br /> or the vegetation, corrective measures will be taken. In the event <br /> that gullying or excessive erosion occurs, additional cover soil will <br /> be placed and compacted and measures taken to prevent further <br /> occurrence of the problem. <br /> <br /> If there are areas where the cover vegetation is poorly <br /> <br />established or otherwise <br />development measures will <br />established. <br /> <br />stressed, reseeding and/or growth and <br />be instituted and an adequate turf <br /> <br /> Any equipment found to need repairs during a routine inspection <br />will likewise be repaired.
