CDNFERENCEq: <br /> <br />Inasmuch as we have two new members on the City Council, we are <br />requesting a confirmation on the present policy of allowing Staff to <br />attend seminars. ~he present policy is that the City Administrator <br />approves of Staff attendance at seminars that he feels directly <br />benefit the City 100%. If the Administrator were uncomfortable with <br />making a particular decision, then there would be the prerogative of <br />taking it to the Personnel Committee. ~here has not, however, been a <br />problem in making that decision and it is not expected to occur in <br />the future. <br /> <br /> <br />
