Ir, accordance with that direction, the City Staff solicited -- bids from veterinary clinics and received bids from the following~ I a) Elk ~iver Veterinary Clinic · b) Ar, dover Pet Clinic (for Anoka West Pet Hospital) c) St. Francis Veterinary Clinic I The Andover Pet Clinic bid only for rabies shots and is $1.25 over the Elk ~iver Clinic and $1.~0 over the St. Francis Clinic. I The Elk ~iver Clinic is $.25 belo~ the St. Francis Clinic on the ~abies as ~ell as belo~ or equal to them on the other shots offered. I Er, closure (D~-n) contains the three bids submitted as ~ell copies.of ~ as the proposed resolution a~atding the bid to the apparent lo~ bidder~ Elk River Vetet-inary Clinic.
