Councilmember Sorteberg stated that he couldn't agree with <br />Councilmember Reimann's reoommendation. If this offer were the <br />first one, he might, but the Police Department rejected the <br />City's first offer and Councilmember Reimann wants to reduce <br />that. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that he would stay with his <br />recommendation of a 3% pay increase, no increase on health <br />insurance, and it, s (a) and (b). <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle confirmed that Councilmember's offer <br />was a 3% pay increase provided it~ns (a) and (b) are acoepted and <br />no increase in health insurance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg recommended items (a) and (b), a 4% pay <br />increase, and a $10.00 per month increase in health insurance. <br /> <br />CASE $2: MISCELIAN~0US <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle stated that he would speak to each <br />member separately. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:38 a.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully sukmitted, <br /> <br />Anne Norris <br />Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
