Upon receipt of two (2) published <br /> copies of the ordinance including the above mentioned corrections, <br /> the ordinance shall be considered officially approved. However, <br /> I the ordinance must also be approved by Met Council. <br /> <br /> Upon final adoption of the ordinance and revision of the Official <br /> I Zoning Map, please provide two (2) certified copies of the ordinance <br /> and zoning map to Area Hydrologist John Stine at the DNR Metro <br /> Region Waters Office (1200 Warner Road, Saint Paul, ~ 55106- <br /> I 6793). These copies will complete our files and ensure that accurate <br /> information is provided to the general public. Also, all notices <br /> of hearings to consider conditional uses, variances and ordinance <br /> <br /> i amendments should be sent directly to the Regional Office. <br /> If you need assistance in administering any provisions of this <br /> ordinance, please feel free to contact Mr. Stine regarding the <br /> I shoreland land use or Ms. Molly Comeau regarding the Critical Area <br /> land use (296-7523). <br /> <br /> I Your efforts in providing protection for our natural resources <br /> is greatly appreciated.
