Voting yes: Voting no: <br /> <br /> Item D: Request fop Special Use Permit to Hold an Ann~al Game <br /> ~air; Case of ~r. Charles Delane¥: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Delaney is requesting a special use permit to hold an <br />annual Game Fair on the east side of Lake Eddy. Mr. Delaney is <br />proposing to hold this Game Fair for five days; the Saturday and <br />Sunday of the weekend immediately preceeding Labor Day weekend, and <br />the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend. The City <br />received a note from Mr. Carl Pomraning stating that he had no <br />objection to Mr. Delaney's request. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on July 2, <br />1985.
