B Ordinance GENERAL: Item A: Community Development Block Grant Funds: Enclosure (D2-p) contains a letter from Anoka County dated June 20, 1985 to the City of Ramsey informing us of the establishment of CDBG Development Revolving Loan funds by LDC. It should be noted that the Ramsey LDC will be opting to do this and will be coming to Council in August 1985 to execute an agreement with the City. Enclosure (D2-p) also contains a letter from Anoka County dated June 28, 1985 regarding 1985 CDBG HUD funding approval. This is forwarded to you to keep the Council abreast of the amount of dollars we have available for use. It should be noted that the LDC will be coming forth in August funds. Council Action: No action is required on unless you deem otherwise.
