They have now had their <br />meeting and ir, discussing this with Mr. Goodrich, he informed us that <br />it is his opinion that Mt-. Hunt is not in favor of paying any <br />assessments. Perhaps this project, as most others ir, the City, <br />should be petitioned by the residents. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-s) contains proposed resolutions for-Council adoption <br />and the City Engineer's letter and updated feasibility report. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich <br /> <br />Council Act ion: " ~ ~ , , <br /> <br />Your action will be to adopt the proposed resolutions identifying the <br />property owners and accepting the updated feasibility report. <br />Unanimous cortsensus of the Council is required to dispense with the <br />readir, g of the proposed resolutions. Five percent (5%), or $12,791.19, has been retained <br />from the work actually completed to date.
