Our approach will not be to propose a whole revised set of <br />tasks, but rather to offer con~nents and concerns we may have; how we <br />propose to undertake the tasks; what end products we anticipate; and in <br />some cases how the tasks could be approached to improve the study results. <br /> <br />To simplify the proposal review process, tasks in your suggested program <br />will be reiterated followed by an italicized section containing our <br />comments. <br /> <br /> <br />
