Grant Funds and Sources/Uses of Project Funds <br /> The project partners request a FASTLANE discretionary grant of$10 million for the proposed <br /> project. Final design for the proposed project <br /> has not yet started but can be completed in less than a year based on the work previously completed as <br /> part of the development of the Highway 10 Access Planning Study,and the preliminary engineering <br /> completed by the City of Ramsey's engineering consultant to refine the project cost estimate. This <br /> project can therefore be ready to be let for bids in early 2018.
