("Northfork"). In doing so, I am in direct communication with the Northfork <br /> Homeowners Association Board of Directors ("Board"). At the request of the <br /> Board, this correspondence is written to the Members to inform the Members of <br /> the recent activities of the Board. Specifically, its dealings with Tom & Edie Harer <br /> and the mailing of a ballot to determine whether the Members approve of the <br /> Board's decision on June 12, 2012, to amend the Rules and Regulations of the <br /> Northfork to disallow livestock, from the properties within Northfork. <br /> Northfork has four documents known as "Governing Documents." They are the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Articles of Incorporation of Northfork Homeowners Association, <br /> Inc. ("Articles"); <br /> ers Association, Inc. ("Bylaws"); <br /> 2. Bylaws of Northfork Homeown <br /> 3. The Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for <br /> Northfork Homeowners Association, Inc. ("Declaration"); and <br /> 4. The Northfork Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations ("Rules <br /> and Regulations"). <br /> These documents often work together, however, if there is any conflict between <br /> the documents the Declaration shall control. <br /> 9 <br /> V <br />
