• Historical/Archeological Review, <br /> • Natural Heritage Information System(NHIS), and <br /> • State and Federal Threatened and Endangered Species. <br /> Proiect Memorandum <br /> We anticipate using MnDOT's Project Memorandum template to complete the Project Memorandum. <br /> Highlights of the Project Memorandum will include identification of needs and deficiencies; consideration of <br /> the potential social, economic, and environmental impacts of the project; evaluation of the avoidance of <br /> potential impacts; documentation of the analysis and agency correspondence; statement of design standards, <br /> elements, and exceptions (should there be any). <br /> Utility Coordination <br /> The initial portions of this task are assumed to have been completed during the surveying portion of the project. <br /> Additional coordination will occur through the project design phase of the project. <br /> We anticipate assisting the City with coordination of the relocation of the overhead power lines along the south <br /> side of TH 10.The remaining utilities in the corridor are not anticipated to be in conflict with the proposed <br /> improvements. <br /> Preliminary Survey <br /> This task includes receiving, analyzing, and formatting survey information gathered previously for the project <br /> area.No additional surveying is anticipated for the project. <br /> Geotechnical Engineering <br /> This task includes time to analyze the geotechnical exploration and analysis completed previously for this area. <br /> Further exploration may be required but is not anticipated at this time. <br /> Task 2: Civil, Transportation and Landscape Architecture Plans <br /> Based on current MnDOT procedures,the project will consist of two distinct plan sets: <br /> • Non-Bridge Related items, and <br /> • Bridge (Structure)Related items (See Tasks 3 and 4). <br /> The first set of plans will require typical Federal Aid related items such as title sheet, Statement of Estimated <br /> Quantities, details and numerous tabulations. Key sections of the first set of plans will include: <br /> • Utility and Grading plans, <br /> • Temporary Traffic Control and Staging Plans, <br /> • Permanent Traffic Control and Guardrail Plans, <br /> • Landscape Architecture Plans, <br /> • Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and <br /> • Site Restoration Plans. <br /> Other sheets and sheet types may be required and will be included in the plan set if required for agency approvals or <br /> constructability. <br /> Bolton&Menk will complete the detailed design of the improvements consistent with City and MnDOT <br /> requirements, in accordance with Federal Aid standards, and all Federal and State laws,rules, and regulations. <br /> Submitted by Bolton&Menk,Inc.
