Counci 5-8-78 (3) <br /> <br />3. Change Orders 13 & 14 <br /> <br />Councilman M~ckelson explained that Change Order 13 was for some extra asphalt <br />in te front of the City hall, and that they eliminated some sod in the back and <br />put in aggregate. The Change Order was in .the amount of $484.00. Phil Nereson <br />told them it was too much. <br /> <br />The second change order was for the type of brick and mason used~in~he building. <br />The original figure was about $1,100.00. Mr. Nereson refused to sign it until it <br />was a more realistic figure to balance out the other change order. The figure for <br />the second Change Order was changed to $113.00. <br /> <br />MOT~ON by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson 'to pay Change Orders 13 Revised and '14 <br />in the amounts of $484.00 and $113.00 to Adolph & Peterson for partial construc- <br />tion of the building. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Recommendations <br /> <br />a. Preliminary plat - Traprock C~mmons. <br /> <br />There was discussion about the road'to the park and parking facilities. <br /> <br />MOTION by Muller, seconded by Mickelson to approve the preliminary pla~ of <br />Traprock Commons as per the Engineer's report and Planning and Zoning <br />recommendations and that Mr. Skeim furnish fifty trees for the park and <br />grade a parking area in lieu of deficient park size. <br /> <br />Ayes <br /> <br />b. LeRoy Lennander - Subdivision Variance <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by. Mickelson to grant a variance to James Hunt to <br />subdivide a 10 acre parcel Nl~2 of-W 1~2 of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 Of Sec, 10' Town- <br />ship 32, Range 25 into two five-acre parcels'as per certificate~of survey and-- <br />subject to payment of park fee with house to be c~structed on south parCel. <br /> 5 Ayes <br /> <br />c. T. Holker - Subdivision Variance (2 requests) <br /> <br />MOTION by Mickelson,.secondedby Reimann to grant a variance to Gionel F,,llwood <br />to subdivide a NE 1/$ of the ~ 1/4 except the East 528 feet thereof of Sec. 4, <br />Twp. 32, R25 into two parcels presently known as Plat 89204 ParcellO0 of 2-1~2. <br />acres with existing buildings, and plat 89204, Parcel 20 of 21-1/2 acres without <br />buildings.
