Police State Aid: In preparing the background data for the City <br />budget I'discovered the City' has never applied for Police State Aid <br />which amounts to approximately $1,400 per police officer. I am <br />getting the proper paperwork in on it. <br /> <br />d. Landfill: This is generating problems. It shouldn't be a <br />problem with it being monitored by the County and PCA. However, the <br />Mayor, City Engineer, and this office is. trYing to stay on top of <br />it. ~ <br /> <br />e. CAB Meeting: As Councilman Gamec stated to the Council, we <br />attended the meeting in Champlin on August 15, 1978. It appeared <br />from that meeting sanitary sewer for Ramsey is way off in the dis- <br />tant future. I strongly recommend citizens take care of their <br />septic systems. <br /> <br />f. Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance: We are go~ng to have to <br />develop a procedures manual so that we can process conditional use <br />permits, variances, home occupations and etc. more efficiently~ <br />This I will do after the budget is completed. Zoning and Sub- <br />division Ordinances are always complicated and difficult to admini- <br />ster. Consequently a procedures manual should be developed so any- <br />body can work with Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
