Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for'its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION ii. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR THE <br /> PERMIT TECHNICIAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Katy Okerstrom was hired as the Permit Technician on November <br />19, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Okerstrom has successfully completed a six-month <br />probationary period as the Permit Technician; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Persomael Committee, at its August 10, 2004 meeting agreed <br />with staff's recommendation to end the probationary period for Katy Okerstrom effective <br />August 10, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOI*2,k COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Persormel Committee to end the probationary period for Katy Okerstrom, <br />effective August 10, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmenaber , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council ther the 10th day of August 2004. <br /> <br />-254- <br /> <br />G:,AdministPa6on\HunmnResuurces\Pertbmmnc¢ Appraisals\Ending ProbadonXOkerstrom.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
