P & Z -1- <br />January 2, 1979 <br /> <br /> Planning & Zoning <br /> City of Ramsey <br />County of Anoka <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Planning & Zoning Commission was held <br />on January 2, 1979 at Ramsey City Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman Ken Peterson at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following in attendance: <br /> <br />Kenneth Peterson <br />A1 Sorteberg <br />Ron Wes t <br /> <br />Bradley Bodle <br />Art Dunn <br />Kathy Schneider <br /> <br />Also present: <br />Peter Raatikka, City Eng. <br />Lloyd Schnelle, City Admin. <br /> <br />Approval of minutes <br />Motion by Al Sorteberg, seconded by Brad Bodle to approve the minutes of <br />October 2, 1978 with the following additions and corrections: Page 4, item#13 <br />should be amended to read - That the church exists on a dirt roadway (1/2 to <br />3/4 mile from nearest paved road. Page 5, item #17 should read Zoned UMB. <br />Following item #18 it should be amended to read that Rev. Reed objected ~-o #18 <br />of the findings of fact. Motion carried 4-0. Kathy Schneider abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn, seconded by A1Sorteberg to approve the minutes of October 16, <br />1978 as read. Motion carried 4-0. Ron West and Kathy Schneider abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by A1 Sorteberg, seconded by' Art Dunn to approve the December ll, 1978 <br />Public Hearing on Jean Schlueter as read. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Motion by A1 Sorteberg, seconded by Art Dunn to approve the minutes of the <br />December ll, 1978 Public Hearing on Phillip Kerssen as read. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Motion by A1Sorteberg, seconded by Art Dunn to approve the minutes of <br />the December ll, 1978 regular meeting with the following addition: <br /> 1.) Motion by A1Sorteberg, seconded by Kathy Schneider to approve the <br /> Minutes of November 6, 1978 as read. Motion carried 4-O.Gerry <br /> Zimmerman, Brad Bodle, and Art Dunn abstained. <br /> 2.) Motion by A1Sorteber, Seconded by Kathy'Schneider to approve the <br /> Minutes of November 13, 1978 noting that the meeting date should <br /> read November 13 instead of November 17. Motion carried6-O. <br /> Gerry Zimmerman abstained. <br /> <br />Above motion approving minutes of December ll, 1978 carried 6-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
