Ken Peterson <br />stated, that the Metro fi?ures have always been significantly lower than <br />ours, and asked if they would accept our figures? <br /> <br />Mr. Starr stated, that they use building permit monitoring. <br /> <br />Councilman Muller asked if there is a chance that the City of Ramsey <br />should be considering building their own facilities. <br /> <br />Mr. Start reo!ied that we won't have to~ if we can just wait a couple <br />of y~ars. Mr. Starr briefly explained about the "Ramsey Connection" <br />and. the cap&.city of the Anoka Plant was discussed. Metro Land Planning Act Comprehensive Plan Review for Urban Com- <br /> munities, Freestanding Communities~ and Central Cities. <br />3.) Report on Modest Cost Housing in Twin City Metro Area. <br />h.) Re-draft Guidelines for Review of Housing Elements of Local Plans <br /> under the Land P!snning Act. <br />The difference between Low Income Housing and Modest Cost Housing was <br />discussed with Mr. Cosby stating that the projected number of Modest <br />Cost Housing units for Rsmsey was 364 for the nezt lO year period, <br />and that our Plan must indicate total incentives offered locally to <br />orovide reduced cost housing. <br /> <br /> <br />
