TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Administrator's Report <br /> <br />DATE: April 6, 1979 <br /> <br />1) Zoning - I haven't been able to make the survey of all commercial and <br />industrial in regards to checking them out for blight and nuisance vio- <br />lations but will try and get this accomplished next week. <br /> <br />2) Fiscal - We have earned $8,973.00 in interest on all funds for the <br />first quarter of 1979 (January, February and March) <br /> <br />3) Critical Rivers - Planning Commission will be conducting the formal <br />public hearing on this at 7:30 P.M.. April 17, 1979 (Tuesday) at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center. Council members~should attend this hearing as it will <br />be coming to you for final adoption. <br /> <br />~)'-. Meeting with Ed Fields, County Commissioner on Thursday, April 5, 1979 <br />in attendance at this meeting was County Engineer, Assistant County <br />Engineer, County Administrator, City Administrator and Mayor Gamec. The <br />purpose of the meeting was to go over the proposed bridge across the Rum <br />River, police radio, Industrial Blvd. and the widening of certain County <br />roads for the bike traffic. ~a~yor Gamec will address the Council on e~ch <br />of the above points discussed at this m~ing. <br /> <br />LGS:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
