CASE #9: FAITH BAPTIST OHURCH LAWSUIT: CASE #10: City Attorney wants to discuss this matter with theCouncil on an Attorney/Client basis. TUNGSTEN AND FRONT STREET STORM S~ER PROJECT: Mr. Post, who owns the motel and is part of this drainage project. He is also one of the signers on the petition. He will now be coming before you stating he doesn't want to be a part of the project. He decided this after he learned of the costs. However, prior to the last'Council meeting, May 29, 1979, we called all citizens involved in this project and asked them to attend this meeting as the Council would be receiving the feasibility report on costs. We also had a second meeting with property owners on Tuesday, June 3, 1979, and again we sent letters to all property owners informing them of this meeting and Mr. Grosslein called the people. ~.~. Post didn't attend this meeting. Also enclosed as enclosure (D3-i) is the project costs spread over l0 years, 15 years and 20 years. CASE #11: PERSONNEL COmmITTEE: The following is submitted for your action: Please refer to enclosure (B-6) for Personnel Committee minutes of ~L~y 31, 1979. a) Increase of work hours for Arlene Stafford; request for: It is requested that Arlene Stafford be authorized to 35 hours per week. She was budget for a 40 hour work week. Reason: The work load requires it here in the City office. b) Hiring of parttime/fulltime Planning Commission Secretary: CASE #12: The Planning Commission has requested a secretary to handle their Secretarial function and assist in its agenda preparation, etc. PARK BOARDS PROPOSED FIVE YEAR CAPITAL D~PROV~EN~ BUDGET: Please refer to enclosure (D3-j) for their proposed budget. I have not had time to review it. However, they do want it before the Council at this meeting.
