Nymore loamy
sand is a Class I s6il suitable for on-site sewage disposal
systems. However, prior to issuance of a building permit, the
building inspector should make a detailed evaluation of the.
site as.required by the City Code.

Vegetation on the site consists m~inly of wild grasses with ..
1~ to 20' high pine trees on all sides of the property with
the exception of the side adjacent to C.S.A.H. #5.

The topography of the site is moderately sloping to the north-.'
west with an elevation differential of approximately 6 feet.
The topography does not have any adverse effects on the develop-
ment. The proposed grading plan indicates that d~a~nage iS!being
directed to the northwest.
