Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />approve the license for'on-sale intoxicating liquor'and Sunday liquor for <br />Superbowl, Inc. and to send a letter as indicated along with it. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmen Mickelson <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Staff is to contact the original liquor commission to see if they are interested <br />in serving on the commission again and if not, to advertise for members <br />in the paper. The purpose of the commission will be to Screen all new applications <br />for liquor licenses, go Over the ordinance to sugge~ any possible changes <br />and to research the 60/40 liquor-food'requirement. <br /> <br />NON-INTOXICATING MALT'LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS FOR'APPROVAL <br /> <br />a) Bob's Super Value <br />b) Tom Thumb Superette <br />c) Anoka International Sales g Service, Inc. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg <br />to approve the off-sale noniintoxicating liquor licenses. for' the three <br />applicants listed- a, b, and c. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmen Mickelson <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />MOVING IN ACCESSORY BUtLDING;'CASE'OF'CHRISTINE'LAURITSEN;'16531'EBONY <br /> <br />STREET N,W.' '' <br /> <br />Christine Lauritsen, 16531 Ebony Street appeared before the Council and stated <br />that the building is to be wood'construction and will be the same outside <br />as the house with a cement base. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg, and seconded by Councilman Mickelson'to <br />approve the moving in of the accessory building to be used solely for'stoP.age <br />pnrposes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Acting Mayor'Reimann, Councilmen Mickelson <br />and Sorteberg..
