130. 0917 - Revocation. <br /> <br /> 1. Tt~ city oouncil may suspend or revoke an "off-sale" license for the violation <br />of any provision of condlt/on of this sect/on or of any state law or federal law <br />regulation intoxicating liquor and shall revoke such license for any willful violat/on <br />which, under the laws of the state, is grounds for mandatory revocation, and shall. <br />revoke for failure to keep the insurance recovered by Section 130. 0913 of this chapter <br />in full force and effect. <br /> <br />~r/ 2.. If the premi.ses are not ready for occupancy within one (1) year after the- ' i!. <br />~initial License is issued, the license shall be revoked and will not be reissued. The notice shall' give at least ten (10) <br /> days notice of the time and place of the hearing and shall state the general nature of <br /> the charges against %he lioensee.
