Peterson Estates Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />MOTION by Gamec, seconded by ~uller to approve the subdivision as per Planning <br />and Zoning Recommendations and that ~r. Peterson give the easement, for street <br />drainage on his property ard present this at the time cf the final plat. <br /> 5 Ayes. <br /> <br />b. Robert Hoffman, variance request <br /> <br />~OTION by Fickelson, seconded by Gamec, to adopt the variance request from <br />Planning and Zoning recommendations with the 33 foot easement on the west <br />property line. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />2. Commercial Development, County Road 56 and 149th Lane <br /> <br />The indi~idual with the proposal for this development did'not appear at the <br />meeting. The Council indicated that this should be referred to Planning and <br />Zoning and the individual should be informed of all requirements, ordinances <br />etc. that would pertain to his proposal. <br /> <br />3. Sue Thompson resignation. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann read Es. Thompson's letter of resignation. <br /> <br />MOTION by Reimann, seconded by Fuller to accept the resignation of Sue Thompson <br />and recommended that a letter be sent to Ms. Thompson on the behalf of the <br />Council and Mayor thanking her for the fine job she has done. 5 Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
