Mr. Wise replied he is not opposed to that, however, by the time they do this addition the building will likely be only about 18 feet away ifrom~the other building, and there is no access to the back of the Oasis building or their building: lit also cannot be seen from Highway 10. Chairperson Nixt indicated if the Commission is going to recommend that vinyl siding be allowed to continue with the expansion, there will need to be something to break it up. He agrees with the applicant about the wind:ow space, but the vinyl should be broken up with sonqe aesthetic architectural products like the stone. Mr. Wise commented there will be cedar wrapping all the way around the building. Assistant Community DevelOpment Director Trudgeon indicated staff will continue to work With the applicant prior to this going before the City Council. Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Colm-nissioner Van Scoy to recomlnend that the City Council approve the proposed site plan for M&W Holding-Company contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated July 30, 2004, with staff to continue to work with the applicant to address appropriate aesthetic architectural modification~ on the south elevation to include the stone as discussed or other acceptable features, and to eliminate the requirement of windows on the south elevation.
