Staff finds the sketch plan generally acceptable subjedt to <br />~rther review of grading and drainage, street design, and overall densiW on the site. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt announced' although this is not a public heating, he will be taking comments <br />fkom the public. <br /> <br />Phil Dommer of Brightkeys Development stated he is available for questions. <br /> <br />Fred Mertens, 7404 149th Avenue NW, stated his property is about 330 feet from the proposed <br />development. He stated there are several things about the development that he opposes <br />adamantly. First is the apartments included in the plan. He stated people that rent homes do not <br />have the tendency to take good care of their property and landlords tend to let them fall into <br />disrepair.
