On <br />the north, ample room exists to provide a buffer of multiple <br />family housing and small business more compatible with the <br />existing large lot residential developments. <br /> <br /> A significant portion of the area is marginal land and <br />relatively unsuitable for development for housing. However, <br />the property is quite suitable for large transient parking <br />areas associated with retail shopping facilities.
