Land use planning near interchanges. <br /> Modifications of existing interchanges to increase <br /> capacity and safety. <br /> Determination of financial responsibilities for <br /> developing portions of the road network, <br /> Development of access control regulations. <br /> Relation of the Northtown route to the County <br /> system. <br /> Identification of the significance of the North- <br /> town Center as related to the total major center <br /> development guidelines. <br /> Determination of the developmental impact of the <br /> proposed new Highway 10. <br /> Anticipation of the growth potential and consequent <br /> traffic generation of the Anoka County Airport. <br /> <br />The "panhandle" portion,!s needs include: <br /> 1, Development of east-west arterials. <br />2. Determination of the ul,timate functions of T,H. 47, <br /> T.H. 65, and the East River Road, <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />
