Regular Council Page S November 13, 1978 Motion denied. Voting yes Councilman Ga]nec. Voting no Councilman Mickelson, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to award an off-sale liquor license to Mrs. VeraMcGregor,for the location on Highway #10 providing there be separate access for the off-sale location. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Mickelson, .Councilman Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no Councilman Gamec. Councilman Mickelson feels that the McGregor location is better. METES AND BOUNDS PLAT REGARDING TOM HOLKER Mr. Jim Nielson, attorney for Mr. Tom Holker, reviewed the proceedings of past meetings in regards to Holker Realty in subdividing bymetes and bounds. Council feels~therewill~be a problem in~the~future-andTM the. 350'.:frontage-on the.lots, is not practicat~:, Mayor Cox feels they should attend the meeting on November 20, 1978 with the Metro Council. Mr. Nielson stated they should either deny or approve the request. They don't want to come back for any more meetings. City Attorney Goodrich asked if the Council would allow a permit for Parcel A & B for the present house thatwas moved in and Council feels their:decision on this~was madeat,their~last<meeting~_ Mayor,-Cox=,feels,they should,come:~o, the, November~.g0,,~978'meeting::and~the~'~: CoUncillwill!make'their~decision-at their~_November~27, 19~8-meeting.~ City Attorney Goodrich stated thislwas okay. Mr, Nielson-state~ it, was-=not~- okay with Mr. Holker or himself. Councilman Gamec stated they didn't want all the access to be on County Road #5 and feels the way Mr. Holker had originally proposed this would be so much better. Also the access onto Sunfish Lake Blvd. should be controlled. Mr. Nielson asked where the City wants the road and Councilman Gamec. feels it is up to the developer to tell us where he wants it. Motion by Councilman Reimannand seconded by Councilman Gamec to table to request of Tom Holker to subdivide by metes and bounds until the City Engineer has had a chance to review it. Councilman Muller stated they didn't want to give anyone the run around that they just wanted to do the right thing. The house they. had moved in isn't being handled any different than a new house. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None.
