Regu.] ~r Cotmcj 1 P~ge 6 November 13, 1978 In regards to a building permit application on the proposed plat of High Point entailing the entire 40 acres it is the Council's concensus to not grant the building permit. Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to not issue a building permit to Mr. Tom Holker on the proposed plat Of High Point as it does not comply with the City's road ordinance. However, one can be issued for this at such time it does meet all the City ordinances on bonding, etc. and the City will accept a letter of credit. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. REZONING REQUEST OF FRED ARMSTRONG. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt the'following finding of fact on the rezoning request of Fred Armstrong: 1.
