(Brad Bodle left 10:20. p.m.) Mr. Marston was present with the: second draft of the plan for discussion. Jim' Martin, property owner along the river,--expressed Concern: with ~ "down' zoning"' and' that 'the maps- used_ were erroneous in- part'~.nd: feared- the Metro Council would use these and set :too severe setbacks. Ron West brought, up the question of another Mississippi River bridge crossing. Also discussed was the proposed lot size change for-the rural are'a, and Mr. Narston suggested a meeting to discuss the possible consecuences. Mr. ~farston was also informed of the letter the City received regarding future service roads.
