Consequently, they requested a meeting be set up for <br />January 10, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. at the RamseyMunicipal Center and that the <br />State Highway Department official be present, ., <br /> <br />MANKVELD REQUEST FOR REZONING FROM R*.I TO ~RCI~ AND LIMITED'INDUS* <br />TRIAL (Location: N~ of NW~ and that part of the NF~4 'NW~'SeC. '29 'lying <br />northerly of the railroad right-of~.way~ <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld stated he wanted the rezoning from R--1 to Commercial and <br />limited industrial as he felt this portion was not suited for R-~I zoning. <br />The Commission members agreed that due to the railroad this was not <br />desirable zoning. Mr. Sorteberg stated he thought we miiht have an over <br />abundance of industrial land if this was zoned industrial. , <br /> <br /> <br />
