Page 2 <br />Economic Study Committee <br />November 28~ 1978 <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld further stated that they were prepared to give a 120 foot <br />of road easement for the future extension of Industrial Blvd. to Puma <br />Street provided they were granted this rezoning request. <br /> <br />Motion by Theresa Henderson and seconded by Boyd Hanson to recommend to <br />the Planning Commission and City Council that Mr. Menkveld be granted the <br />rezoning from R-1 to Connnercial Light Industrial in the~above stated area <br />provided that a 120 foot road easement be granted for the future extension <br />of Industrial Blvd. to Puma Street. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Bob Muller, BoydHanson, Theresa Henderson, <br />Don Greenberg, Roger Meyers and A1 Sorteberg.
