Regular Council <br />Page 6 <br />December 18, 1978 <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Gamec questioned the fact that several members of the Park <br />Board had been paid for taking minutes. City Administrator Schnelle <br />explained that $120.00 is budgeted annually for the Park Board secretary <br />and the members take turns and thus divide the money. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimannquestioned the bill for Sheila Beyer for minutes when <br />the minutes were not ready. He stated he felt that this was not appro-. <br />priate and that Mrs. Beyer be informed that in the future no payment for <br />minutes will be made until the minutes are approved. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve <br />payment of the bills in the amount of $69,913.97 and that payment of the <br />bill for minutes not be paid until such time as the minutes are approved. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Reimarm, Council- <br />man Mull6r and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller to adjourn <br />the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:13 P.~i. <br /> <br /> <br />
