Section i70.038E9 <br />states that 'lot remnants are to be added to adjacent lots unless the sub- <br />divider can show acceptable plans for future use. <br /> <br />In review of the drainage, it appears that the majority of the drainage will <br />be directed to the drainage easement on Block 3, However, the developer <br />has not shown any provisions for the drainage from Helium Lane N.W, and <br />Nowthen Circle, as required by the City Code. <br /> <br />In review of the street grades, we found they were in conformance with city <br />standards~ However, a profile of existing 149th Lane N.W. abutting the <br />plat, construction specifications and the proposed street section were <br />not provided as required by the City Code. <br /> <br />keith caswell jr. m darrell schneider u richard sha <br /> <br /> <br />
