-3- <br /> <br />the applicant shall meet with the planning department to review the <br />plan concept. <br />REQUIRED DATA <br /> <br /> Eleven (11) copies of the preliminary building design plan <br />showing elevations and design site plan, showing any and all <br />revisions as recommended by the city staff at their sketch plan <br />meeting with the developer, shall be submitted with the application <br />with the following information at least Seven (7) days prior to <br />the regular plann~ng-~commission meeting. <br /> <br /> 1. ^ certified site plan survey drawing by a registered <br />engineer or land surveyor; and building design plan, certified <br />by an architect registered in the State of Minnesota, stating <br />that ~he design of the building and site has been prepared under <br />his direct supervision. Provisions of the paragraph shall not <br />prohibit the preparation of the site plan by a professional site <br />planner. <br /> <br /> 2. An accurately scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating: <br /> <br /> a. Off-street parking (restricted to side or rear yard only <br /> with a five foot setback required) <br /> b. type of building (construction and design) <br /> <br /> c. location of the property <br /> <br /> d. nature and use of said property and surrounding area <br /> <br /> e. buffer zones, if any <br /> <br />location of all structures <br /> <br />location and size of on-site septic system(s) <br />screening/landscaping (size of trees to be n~ted if they <br /> <br /> <br />
