DI~? CRAIG KINDERMAN REGARDING ROAD EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY

Mr. Kinderman, 7160 181st Avenue N.W., is seeking direction from
the Commission as to access to Tract B because he wants to build a
house on Tract A. At the present he is driving thru Tract A to get
to Tract B. He wants to see is there is some kind of an easement
he can obtain.

Enclosure D1- 7

D%,qg'DEClSION WHETHER LOT SIZE CALCULATIONS SHOULD 'INCLUDE THE ROAD
EXCEPTING COUNTY ROADS

This subject was discussed at an earlier P & Z Commission meeting.
It was also brought to the Council's attention at their July meeting.
Attorney Goodrich stated at that time that thd roads previously were
included in the lot calculations but that when the ordinances were
codified this was changed. If the Commission feels that this should
be changed back to its original status they should make a recommendation
to the Council to have the ordinance amended. ~nclosure D1-8)

MINING ORDINANCE REVIEW

Enclosed is a copy of the Mining Ordinance that was presented at the
workshop meeting. Your action should be to consider' whether or not
this ordinance will meet the needs of the City of Ramsey. If the
ordinance is acceptable, a recor~nendation should be referred to the
City Council.
Enclosure (D1-9)
