Park project is complete and the horse arena was moved to Traprock Park with <br />a minimum amount of disrupt{on. Our LAWCON Grant project was rat~No. 2 <br />in the State. The Chairman complimented the LAWCON Committee on their <br />efforts. An updating of the Comprehensive Park Plan was undertaken and <br />it is nearing completion. The secretary was instructed to prepare an annual <br />report for the City. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM 5 <br /> <br />The long range capital improvement plan was reviewed briefly. It was decided <br />to retain the Ramsey Trail and Sunfish Lake access items in spite of the recent <br />decisions on these project. The northwest area park was dropped because <br />of the likelihood of the Federal Cartridge donation. <br /> <br />It was moved by Terry McLean and seconded by John Lichter and passed <br />unanimously to discuss bond issue priorities and to request planning assistance <br />with the Council. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />It was decided that a meeting with Champ~in on the-bond issue planning was <br />not needed.
