However, in review of the street grades it <br />appears that the southwest portion of the plat is to be drained to the <br />west. City Code states that all runoff must be directed to public land. <br />Also a grading plan and runoff calculations should be provided. <br /> <br />2. The plat does not show the existing zoning classifications for the tracts <br /> abutting said plat, as per City Code Article 170.037B-c. <br /> <br />3. The plat is missing an adjoining street name to the East in the plat <br /> of "Brook View Estates" as per City Code Article 170.037B-d. <br /> <br />4. The existing conditions of Germanium Street N.W. and the other street not <br /> named should be shown as per City' Code Article 170-037B-f. <br /> <br />5. Soil borings indicate that ground water was not encountered 12 feet below <br /> the ground surface. Therefore, as previously stated in our October 31, 1979 <br /> :::iiletter, all of the lots contain adequate Class I land suitable for on-site <br /> sewage disposal systems. <br /> <br />6.
