Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Sorteberg to authorize Waste Management <br />to be permitted to use.the road 'right-of-way for testing if needed. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimammto direct the City <br />Attorney to check with the Attorney General's office in regards to whether or not <br />the city can impose a water service surcharge tax on waste coming into the landfill. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec~ Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES ON HIGHWAY REGULATORY SIGNS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann to adopt Resolution 80-29A accepting the lowest <br />price quote which was Gopher Sign Co. in the amount of $4,083.00. <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no-None. Please refer to council file for Resolution 80-29A. <br /> <br />UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION~ CASE OF VOLNER'S GREENHOUSE <br /> <br />No action. <br /> <br />TRAPROCK COLONS PARK REGARDING TAXES AND USE OF PARK <br /> <br />Mr. Galinda was present and he stated he got stuck with the taxes on the park <br />and he felt the city should reimburse him. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to authorize <br />the staff to reimburse Mr. Galinda for whatever he paid to 'the county in taxes <br />on the park in Traprock. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec~ Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, and seconded by Councilman Reimann that the matter of <br />adopting regulations for use of Traprock Park be referred to the Park Commission <br />for their review and to submit to the Council their recommendations and regulations. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor. Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimaun and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />~RGING OF TWO PARCELS OF LAND (PARCELS 1860 AND 1870, PLAT 89216) INTO ONE PARCEL <br /> <br />OF LAND~ CASE OF GARY SIGAF00 <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Sigafoo, 7300 - 162nd Lane N.W., was present and stated he was assessed <br />twice for the blacktopping of the road.
