PLANNING AND ZONING CO~ISSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMS~ <br /> Anoka County <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />November 3, 1980 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at'7:50 P.M. with the <br />following in attendance: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Ms. Katherine Schneider <br />Mr. Art Dunn <br />N_r. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Ronald West <br /> Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Mr. Lloyd G. Schnelle, City Administrator <br />Ms. Linda Monte, Citizen <br />Mr. Tom Connover, Citizen <br />Mr. Jack Menkveld, Developer <br />Mr. Larry Koshak, Engineer <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning approved the agenda after adding the following items: <br /> <br /> 15 Case #6 Position of Platting Ordinance <br /> Case #7.Input on Sign Structure for Commercial and Industrial <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn and seconded by Ben Deemer to approve the minutes of the <br />public hearing dated October 7, 1980 except that the word "exceed" be added <br />between has and to in the second sentence of the eighth paragraph of page 1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Chairman Peterson, Art Dunn, Benjamin Deemer and <br />Harry Ellis. Voting no None. Katherine Schneider abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn and seconded by Harry Ellis to approve of the minutes for <br />a public hearing dated October 7, 1980 regarding Stanley Morton, <br /> <br />Motion carried.
