Data collected, used, maintained or disseminated by the welfare system that is not data on indi~duals is public pursuant to 15.1621 and 15.17. .15.1692 PERSONNEL DATA. 'Subdivision l. As used in tiffs section, '."2c?._0n_.n. el data" means data on individuals collected because the individual is or was an employee of or an applicant for em~lo¥~nent by a state aaency, statewide system or political subdivision. Subd. 2. Except for employees described in subdivision 6, the following_ personnel dam on current and former employees of a state agency, statewide system or political subdivision is.'public: name; actual gross salary; salaD' range; actual gross pension; the value and nature of employer paid fringe benefits; the basis for ~.n.d the amount of any added remuneration, including expense reimburse- n3ent, in addition to salary; job title; job description; education and training back- ground; previous work experience; date of first and last employment; the status of any complaints or char~oes against, the emptoye.e, whether or not the complaint or charge resulted in a disciplinary action; and the final disposition of any dis- ciplinary action and supporting d .ocumentation. Subd. 3.
