performance must meet or exceed FCC specifications at the end of the <br /> Subscriber Drop; <br /> 4.1.1.5 a System shall, at all times, comply with applicable federal, State <br /> and local rules, regulations, practices and guidelines pertaining to <br /> the construction, upgrade, operation, extension and maintenance of <br /> Cable Systems,including,by way of example(but not limitation): <br /> (A) National Electrical Code,as amended from time to time;and <br /> (B) National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), as amended from <br /> time to time. <br /> 4.1.1.6 facilities and equipment sufficient to cure violations of <br /> applicable FCC technical standards and to ensure that <br /> Grantee's System remains in compliance with the standards <br /> specified in subsection 4.1.1.5; <br /> 4.1.1.7 such facilities and equipment as necessary to maintain, operate and <br /> evaluate the Grantee's System for compliance with applicable FCC <br /> technical and customer service standards, as such standards may <br /> hereafter be amended; <br /> 4.1.1.8 status monitoring equipment to alert the Grantee when and where <br /> back-up power supplies are being used; <br /> 4.1.1.9 all facilities and equipment required to properly test the System <br /> and conduct an ongoing and active program of preventative <br /> maintenance and quality control, and to be able to quickly respond to <br /> customer complaints and resolve System problems; <br /> 4.1.1.10 antenna supporting structures designed in accordance with any <br /> applicable governmental building codes, as amended, and painted, <br /> lighted and erected and maintained in accordance with all <br /> applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration, the Federal Communications Commission and all <br /> other applicable codes and regulations; <br /> 4.1.1.11 facilities and equipment at the headend allowing the Grantee to <br /> transmit or cablecast signals in substantially the form received, <br /> without substantial alteration or deterioration; <br /> 4.1.1.12 the Grantee shall provide adequate security provisions in its <br /> Subscriber site equipment to permit parental control over the use of <br /> Grantee's Cable Service.
