NO. 10 LIQUORS <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br /> WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />Between James R. Gilbertson and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />INTENT AND PUP~POSE <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for all commercial and industrial developments, approved by the City of Ramsey~ <br />are understood between the Applicant and the City of Ramsey, and that the <br />Applicant complies with said conditions fully within the time frames established <br />by this agreement. Applicant shall submit to the City of Ramsey eleven (11) copies of the <br /> <br /> final site plan which conf6rms to all City of Ramsey conditions of approval. <br /> <br />2. Applicant shall complete his building or facility no later than July 31~ 1980 <br /> and all landscaping and other site work as per the stamped approved final <br /> site plan no later than July 31~ 1980~ A bond or escrow shall run to the <br /> Cit~ of Ramsey~ amount sufficient to cover two (2) full growing seasons <br /> following the installation of landscape plantings as described on the approved <br /> site plan.. <br /> <br /> Applicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey~ a cashiers check~ irrevocable <br /> letter of credit~ performance bond~ or other suitable security acceptable to <br /> the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150 percent (150%) of the cost of <br /> completing all landscaping improvements~ asphalt parking and driveway~ <br /> <br /> <br />
