Engineer Rsatlkka stated that it appears that their drainage is flowing onto <br />another property. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission recommendation is that they will have to solve <br />the drainage problem, combine lots or something and maintain the drainage on <br />their own property; provide place for employee parking, marking the area; <br />provide place for parking heavy equipment, and obtain a variance on the access <br />road. <br /> <br />It was noted that ~arv Realty owns the road they are using at present. <br /> <br />t/otion by Chairmau Peterson, seconded by Zimmermau to recommend to the <br />City Coaucil that before a building permit is issued to ~innesota. Regarding Engineer Raatikka's letter of review dated <br />9/4/79, Item No. 3, delete the portion that refers to "sa~es". <br />Regarding Item No. 4, drainage of water appears to b.ea~to the railroad property <br />mud the drainage can't go onto railroad property. ~Lr. Welsh has to show how <br />he can retain water on his own area or direct it to public property. He plans <br />to install a ten (10) foot privacy fence. The sewer is to be put in front of <br />the facility. "~ <br /> <br />A discussion was held regarding whether his existing building is constructed on. <br />a floating sl~b or with footings and the present building code requires footings <br />.which may create a problem with this addition. ~r.
