The <br /> facility .contemplated .also compares with the St. Louis Park <br /> .Community Center, which waS' Constructed in 'at a cost of <br /> $ .... ..~ '~ and contains m~ny of the same facilities except <br /> that the pool is an outdoor pool. The building in St. Louis Park <br /> contains square feet.
