c) <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Installation of limerock on the driving surface <br /> and parking areas. Said limerock is to be <br /> at least a depth of six (6) inches. <br />The exterior of the building shall be faced 1/3 of <br /> the height of the building for the entire width <br /> on that portion of the building facing Industry <br /> Avenue in bric k and landscape plantings shall <br /> be placed along this portion of the building at <br /> the rate of one every eight (8) feet. <br /> <br />The size and type of the landscaping and trees <br /> shall be designated on the site plan, which <br /> is attached as "Exhibit A". <br /> <br />f) The easement on the East side of the property <br /> shall be used for ingress / egress to the <br /> business until such time that Tungsten Street <br /> is improved. 30 days after the completion of <br /> Tungsten Street as an improved City street <br /> the easement shall no longer be used and <br /> its access onto Industry Avenue will no <br /> longer be allowed. When Tungsten Street <br /> is complete and improved the Developer and/or <br /> Applicant will then construct a driveway from <br /> his business to Tungsten Street which will <br /> consist of six (6) inches of limerock, ~ithin 30 days <br /> after the completion of Tungsten Street. <br /> <br />g) The perimeter of the parking and ponding areas <br /> st~all be covered with sod. <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />i) <br /> <br />Ali other improvements and drainage requirements <br /> as required by the City Engineer and as shown <br /> on Exhibit "A", the site plan, shall be installed. <br /> <br />None of the development will be on, or encroach on <br /> Outlot B. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
