CITY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />Motion by <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br />Seconded by <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR STORM <br /> DRAINAGE 3]<PROVEMENT CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consulting Engineers Diversified has completed <br />a ComprehensiVe Storm Drainage Plan for the City of Ramsey, <br /> <br />February 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, t~e City Council has adopted the plan as per <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ramsey'City Council: <br /> <br />1. The city wide storm drainage improvement charges shall be: <br /> <br />a. Single a~d two family lots, $0.025 per square <br /> foot of gross development area. <br /> <br />Multiple family, mobil home, commercial, industrial, <br />and institutional development, $0.041 per square foot <br />of gross development area. <br /> <br />c. Unplatted property, to be determined by the City <br /> Engineer based upon the amount of run-off generated. <br /> <br />The rates in this resolution were based on the December-1979 <br />Engineering News Record construction cost index of 3130. <br />The rates will automatically increase with inflation as the <br />construction cost index rises. <br /> <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br /> <br />Minnesota this day of ~, 1980. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> <br />
